Devil Eggs with Dijon mustard and mayonnaise is a classic fast food that comes from the decade of 60 and everything is updated on a party small or large
Devil-Eggs-mustard-mayonnaise Ingredients:
12 eggs with milk
6 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon chopped pickles
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
24 parsley leaves
Directions
Put the eggs in a pot that fits in a single layer. The cover with cold water and boil for 12 minutes. The leave for 10 minutes in water after the strain. The leave to cool.
Clean and cut eggs in half. Remove egg yolks and put in a mixer. Add the pickles, the mustard, the mayonnaise, salt and pepper. The mash together until they become cream. With a teaspoon put in wells of white cream of saffron. Garnish with parsley. |
