| 
An English recipe for lemon pie quite easy and tasty to finsh your meal.
Lemon pie with marega Ingredients:
250 gr. cinnamon biscuits
125 gr. butter
2 lemons juice and scrap
3 eggs separated into yolk and white
100 gr. sugar
2 extra spoons sugar
2 chuck spoons corn flour
Directions
Preheated oven at 200 degrees, preferably air.
In the pot, mix the juice with wire, the scrap, the 100 gr. sugar and cornflour.
We have the pot a medium heat stirring constantly until slightly clot.
So cool to just make the cream base: crumble the biscuits, mix with melted butter and form a knuckle.
Add lemon mixture to the weft 3, mix and spread on the ground.
Hit in the white maregka tight, add 2 spoons of sugar and continue a little more hitting.
Spread over the cream.
Bake for about 20 minutes or so to see that maregka is crisp.
