Tart with sweet cream

Tart with sweet cream is for those who love the American cinema, we have seen even once in that film of the Thanks giving dinner, give this special cake. Try it!
Duration: 10 minutes preparation, cooking 1 hour and 15 minutes
Ingredients for Tart with sweet cream:
500 g sweet potatoes peeled, cut into cubes and cooked by steaming
1 ¼ cups yogurt wringer
¾ cup of brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
5 egg yolks
Salt
1 sheet sfoliatas butter tarts
1 cup Pecans cut and cooked in the oven
1 tablespoonful maple syrup (maple syrup)
Directions
We have sweet potatoes in a bowl and make mashed potatoes with a special tool. Preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius. Put potatoes in bowl of mixer and hit with the yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg yolks and salt until minimum homogenized mixture. In one form the tart , holes with a fork, cover with paper and non pour some beans on the surface. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the non paper and spread the cream. Pour the nuts on the surface and sprinkle with maple syrup. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Allow the tart to stand still wines in hot room for 5 minutes and then remove from the form. Allow the cake to come to room temperature and then place them in the refrigerator. |
