Fried cauliflower with yoghurt dip

2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon Tourmerik (Indian spice mixture)
½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup water
1 egg yolk
1 whole cauliflower washed and cut
Sunflower or other vegetable oil for frying pan
For the yoghurt dip
250 gr. wringer yogurt
1 chopped green onions too
2 tablespoon fresh mint
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon water Directions For the dip mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover with plastic film and place in refrigerator to freeze.
In a deep pan put the flour, cumin, the tourmerik, the paprika and mix well. In another pan mix the water with the yolky egg. Add to flour mixture and mix.
We have enough oil in frying pan and warm thoroughly.
Jumping the tracks from the cauliflower puree in the dash to get the extra.
The jumping on the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until become red.
Remove from fire dipper and put a plate with absorbent paper.
Put cauliflower in serving platter and serve immediately with the yoghurt dip.
